Harvest 2015
During spring, the average temperature surpassed historical records, especially during the ripening months. In addition to this, the minimum temperature was above the annual average; this led to phenological cycles being completed earlier and favoring early ripening. This very dry weather later turned into a summer with heavier rainfall than usual, particularly in January, February, and March. This led to a pleasant, long, frost-free fall.
These climatic conditions allowed for an early ripening in grapes helping delivered more concentrated yet delicate wines with a marked balance between acidity and freshness.
