MOËT & CHANDON TOASTS TO THE 77TH ANNUAL
GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS

Last night, Moët & Chandon – proud to be celebrating its 29th anniversary as the official Champagne of the Golden Globes – toasted to Hollywood’s leading filmmakers and brightest stars during the 77th Annual Awards ceremony in Los Angeles.

To christen this year’s celebrations, over 1.500 Moët Minis were served to a roster of stars on the red carpet, celebrating the 11th anniversary of the Maison’s popular philanthropic initiative, “Toast for a Cause”.

Celebrities including friend of the House Scarlett Johansson, Olivia Coleman, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Winnie Harlow, Pierce Brosnan, Shailene Woodley, Adam Driver, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Billy Porter, Carol Burnett, Saiorse Ronan, Karamo Brown and many more raised a celebratory Moët Mini in honor of their charity of choice – to which Moët & Chandon made a donation in the participants’ names.

As a result, Moët & Chandon donated to charities including Solar Responders, an organization supported by Scarlett Johansson whose mission is to maximize the capacity of first responders to save lives in emergency situations, by providing a renewable source of energy (www.solarresponders.org), River Phoenix Foundation supported by Olivia Coleman (https://www.centerforpeacebuilding.org/), Meals on wheels Australia supported by Helen Mirren (https://mealsonwheels.org.au/), Me to We supported by Winnie Harlow (https://www.metowe.com/).

Backstage, presenters and winners celebrated with golden goblets of Moët & Chandon and Moët Minis including Brad Pitt, Sam Mendes, Quentin Tarantino, Ellen DeGeneres, Laura Dern, Patricia Arquette, Renée Zellweger, Stellan Skarsgard, Sofia Vergara, Matt Bomer and more.

Throughout the evening, the French Champagne House treated guests such as Jennifer Lopez, Robert De Niro, Martin Scorsese, Eddie Murphy to magnums of Rosé Imperial, Grand Vintage 2009 and debuted ‘The Moët Golden Hour’, the official cocktail of the 77th Golden Globe Awards, created by acclaimed fashion designer LaQuan Smith.  Elegant yet easy to make at home, the cocktail is inspired by the magical moments captured prior to any big night, from fittings to glam, elevated by a glass of champagne in hand.

Moët & Chandon has celebrated the seventh art since the early days, dazzling in some of its timeless and unforgettable moments of glamour, magic and happiness. In the same way legendary movie stars make people dream presenting timeless moments on film, Moët & Chandon delights its audience with its refined bubbles and glorious grand gestures.
