This summer, Moët & Chandon has celebrated its official partnership with the Festival del Film Locarno for the 9th consecutive year with an exclusive opening party on 2 August 2017. Since the beginning of Moët & Chandon’s cooperation with the Festival, the Champagne House has supported the Excellence Award that honours the most important international actors. This year, the renowned French actor Mathieu Kassovitz was given the «Excellence Award Moët & Chandon 2017» on 5 August 2017.

The Festival del film Locarno officially opened its doors on 2 August 2017. Moët & Chandon celebrated this opening with an exclusive opening party at the Villa San Quirico. Guests toasted to the 70^th edition of the Festival and Moët & Chandon’s partnership in the majestic gardens of the Villa with the famous Champagne on Ice: Moët Ice and Moët Ice Rosé.

For the 9^th consecutive year, Moët & Chandon was also supporting the «Excellence Award» of the Festival del film Locarno. This award recognizes and honors the creativity, talent and exceptional work of outstanding international actors and actresses.
 
This year, Mathieu Kassovitz was honoured with the «Excellence Award Moët & Chandon» during the 70^th Festival del film Locarno. This French multi-talent has gained much international respect for his outstanding work as a director, screenwriter, producer, editor and actor.
